MediaTek Rents 1.04 Lakh Sq Ft in Noida for ₹144 Crore


NEW DELHI: BPTP has leased around 1.04 lakh sq ft of office space to MediaTek, a Taiwan-based semiconductor firm, at its Grade-A commercial site, Capital City in Sector 94, Noida.

This site marks MediaTek’s second research and development (R&D) center in India.

The estimated transaction value, based on the agreed commercial terms, is approximately ₹144 crore over a 10-year period.

A spokesperson from MediaTek stated, “The new R&D facility in Noida aligns with our goals to enhance our talent pool and bolster our research capabilities.”

BPTP Capital City offers about 7.80 lakh sq ft of office and mixed-use space, designed architecturally by Robert A.M. Stern and interiors by HBA Studios.
