Mahindra Lifespace Developers Reports ₹298.17 Crore Profit FY26


NEW DELHI: Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL) has announced a consolidated net profit after tax of ₹298.17 crore for the financial year 2025-26, a significant increase from the ₹61.35 crore reported in FY25.

The company’s consolidated total income reached ₹1,265.96 crore in FY26, compared to ₹453.87 crore in FY25. In Q4 FY26, total income was ₹723.21 crore, while profit after tax stood at ₹90.12 crore.

During the year, MLDL successfully completed a rights issue of 5,81,63,456 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each at a cash price of ₹257 per share, totaling ₹1,494.80 crore. These funds will be used for debt repayment, land acquisitions, and working capital.

As of March 31, 2026, MLDL’s net worth was ₹3,626.87 crore, with a debt-equity ratio of 0.18, a current liability ratio of 0.99, and total debts to total assets ratio of 0.08. The operating margin was reported at -6.55%, while the net profit margin reached 13.46%.

The gross development value added in FY26 was ₹18,060 crore, slightly lower than the ₹18,100 crore recorded in FY25. Residential pre-sales in FY26 amounted to ₹3,405 crore, up from ₹2,804 crore in FY25, while residential collections rose to ₹2,107 crore compared to ₹1,831 crore in the previous year.

The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹3.5 per equity share for FY26, reflecting a 25% increase from FY25.

The company sold 49% of its equity stake in Mahindra Blossom Developers (MBLDL) to Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) as part of a share purchase agreement dated March 23, 2026.
