NEW DELHI: M3M India and Smartworld Developers have partnered with ELIE SAAB, a prominent fashion and lifestyle brand, to create two ultra-luxury residential projects in the Delhi-NCR region, totaling an investment of approximately ₹3,500 crore.
The projects represent ELIE SAAB’s inaugural entry into the Indian real estate market. M3M India will oversee a luxury housing project in Gurugram, while Smartworld Developers will lead a separate residential development in Noida.
In Gurugram, M3M India intends to build around 300 apartments in sector 111, within the Smart City Delhi Airport (SCDA) zone. The project will feature spacious four-bedroom residences with unit sizes between 4,200 sq ft and 4,650 sq ft, as part of a larger mixed-use development planned for the area.
Smartworld Developers’ Noida project will cover nearly six acres in sector 98, offering approximately 650 residential units, which will include around 200 three- and four-bedroom apartments ranging from 2,850 sq ft to 3,810 sq ft, alongside roughly 480 1BHK and 2BHK units.
Both projects will be branded residences, with ELIE SAAB contributing to the interior design and overall aesthetic direction.
According to the developers, both projects are expected to be completed by 2030.
