LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced an e-auction for at least 50 residential plots in the Basant Kunj Scheme along with two significant commercial complexes.
According to LDA officials, plots of 252 square meters located in Sector-G near Gau Ghat and adjacent to the Green Corridor are being auctioned for the first time. The base price is set at Rs 32,955 per square meter, and the cumulative estimated value of these plots is around Rs 310 crore, as they are situated in a prime residential area.
In addition, several high-value properties identified in a recent land audit are included in the auction. A 2.5-hectare plot near the SSB in Gomti Nagar Extension is valued at nearly Rs 100 crore. Additionally, plots for commercial and nursing homes in Vishal Khand, Gomtinagar, covering 1800 square meters, have also been listed.
Furthermore, two existing multi-storey commercial complexes have been made available for sale. The Ratan Khand complex, which comprises five floors and spans 6729.6 square meters, is valued at Rs 87 crore, while the Mansarovar complex, covering 1586.43 square meters, has a valuation of Rs 15.27 crore.
Both complexes are part of the current auction. Officials have also been instructed to devise plans for high-rise residential buildings on LDA-owned land near Balu Adda (4200 square meters) and Bhadeva in Aishbagh (5000 square meters), as identified in the land audit.
