LUCKNOW: Following the announcement of Narmada Apartment in Gomtinagar, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has authorized the construction of an additional 27-storey luxury apartment complex at Aishbagh, located on Mill Road. The new building will comprise 384 flats equipped with upscale amenities.
Named Aishbagh Square, the project is designed with four towers, each standing 27 storeys tall, offering 3-BHK apartments with a study, measuring approximately 1,900 sqft. Prices will start at Rs 1.11 crore.
The LDA Vice-Chairman, Prathamesh Kumar, has given the go-ahead for the project. Registration for the flats will be open from January 29 to February 28, exclusively via the LDA website. The registration fee is set at 5% of the estimated flat cost, while applicants from reserved categories will pay 2.5%. Allotments will be made through a lottery system.
Officials indicated that the project site is situated in a densely populated region of Old Lucknow, where large residential land parcels are scarce. It is conveniently located near Charbagh railway station, a Metro station, and major commercial hubs like Naka, Alambagh, and Aminabad.
Special Officer Devansh Trivedi noted that the housing complex will feature amenities such as a swimming pool, park, clubhouse, children’s play area, power backup, and parking for over 600 vehicles, along with commercial shops within the premises to cater to residents’ daily needs.
Construction of the project is expected to be completed within three years, with possession of the flats anticipated within five years. Following allotment, buyers will need to pay the total cost in 36 monthly installments.
An LDA official stated that the authority will provide a discount ranging from 4-6% for applicants who choose to make full payment within 45-90 days.
