Lucknow Body to Build Luxury Flats in Gomtinagar Extension

LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) plans to develop the Narmada Apartment in Sector-4 of Gomtinagar Extension, featuring 300 luxury flats along with 12 penthouses.

LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar announced that registration for these flats will be open from January 24 to February 23, offering only 3BHK plus study configurations.

Applications will be accepted solely through the LDA website, with a registration fee of 5% of the estimated flat cost. Candidates from reserved categories will be required to pay a reduced fee of 2.5%. Allotment of the flats will be determined by a lottery system.

Each flat will cover approximately 2,100 square feet, starting at a price of Rs 1.4 crore. There will also be 12 penthouses, each around 4,000 square feet, priced from Rs 2.8 crore.

This residential complex will include a range of modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, children’s play area, power backup, and parking for over 500 vehicles. Additionally, commercial shops will be established for daily necessities.

Kumar noted that the project will be conveniently located adjacent to LDA’s Rapti Apartment on G-20 Road, with easy access to Shaheed Path, Ekana Stadium, and Police Headquarters.

The project will consist of three towers.

LDA Chief Engineer Manvendra Singh mentioned that the overall cost of the project is expected to be around Rs 330 crore, with completion anticipated within three years. Possession will be granted within five years. Buyers will have the option to pay in 36 monthly installments, with discounts of 4-6% available for those paying the full amount within 45 to 90 days.
