NEW DELHI: Gurugram-based Landmark Group is set to invest approximately ₹400 crore in the development of Landmark Skyvue, located in Sector 103 along the Dwarka Expressway.
This new development marks phase II of the project, which spans 11 acres. Phase I, covering three acres, was completed in 2013, while phase III is anticipated to launch in FY26, encompassing four acres.
The construction for phase II is estimated at ₹400 crore, with the company negotiating with State Bank of India (SBI) for around ₹200 crore in financing. The remaining construction costs will be covered through internal funds, bank loans, and client advances.
Sandeep Chhillar, founder and chairman, stated, “We acquired the land in 2009. Initially, we seek ₹200 crore in financing, with potential for additional bank financing if necessary.”
The project will feature a total of 240 units, including 3BHK + Utility and 4.5BHK + Utility residences.
With a projected revenue potential of ₹1,200 crore, the project is expected to be completed within four years.
The company has launched the project at a price of ₹17,500 per sq ft, with apartment prices ranging from ₹4.99 to ₹6.78 crore.
Additionally, the company has three more projects lined up for FY26: a commercial project named Landmark One, covering 2.2 million sq ft on the Golf Course extension road, a high-street retail project called Landmark Valeria, and a large mixed-use development, all situated on Dwarka Expressway.
They hold land parcels of approximately 11 acres in Rohtak, 25-30 acres in Gurugram, and 35 acres in Kurukshetra, with future development plans in place.
Furthermore, the company has ventured into co-working spaces with Plus Offices, which provides around 3,500 seats in Gurugram, and holds a master license for Venture X in the Indian region.
