Godrej Properties Secures 23.2 Acres in Greater Noida Auction

NEW DELHI: Godrej Properties (GPL) has successfully acquired a 23.2-acre (93,905 sq meters) residential land parcel in Greater Noida’s DMIC integrated township through an e-auction overseen by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida.

The company intends to develop a residential housing project on the land, projected to generate revenue exceeding ₹7,000 crore.

Recently, GPL partnered with Tata Projects for core and shell construction work across three upcoming projects located along Golf Course Road in Gurugram. The total contract value is around ₹1,100 crore.
