NEW DELHI: Godrej Properties (GPL) announced a booking value of ₹34,171 crore for 2025, reflecting a 19% increase compared to the previous year. Cash collections also saw a significant rise of 28%, totaling ₹18,979 crore.
From 2022 to 2025, the booking value experienced a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of approximately 44%, while collections grew at a CAGR of 35%.
The company sold 16,428 housing units during the year, encompassing a saleable area of 27.26 million sq ft. This achievement was bolstered by the launch of 41 projects across various cities, with booking values surpassing ₹7,000 crore in each quarter.
The Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) contributed ₹9,677 crore to the booking value, followed by the National Capital Region (NCR) at ₹9,348 crore, Bengaluru at ₹6,566 crore, Pune at ₹4,083 crore, and Hyderabad at ₹3,052 crore. Notably, eleven projects individually surpassed ₹1,000 crore in booking value during the year.
For the current fiscal year (FY26), the company reported a booking value of ₹24,008 crore, a 25% increase year-on-year, while collections rose by 19% to ₹12,018 crore. In the quarter ending December 2025, booking value reached ₹8,421 crore, reflecting a 55% year-on-year rise, with collections of ₹4,282 crore, which is a 40% increase compared to the same quarter last year.
