The board of directors has approved the appointment of Chirag Boonlia as the chief technology officer, effective May 20, 2026.

In May 2026, the company announced that the Karnataka High Court has overturned a previous order from the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) regarding the resumption of approximately 78 acres of land in the Kadugodi Industrial Area, Bengaluru, which is held by Embassy East Business Park (EEBPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary.

This ruling nullifies the KIADB’s resumption proceedings, allowing EEBPL to retain possession of the land and continue the development of its business park.
