NEW DELHI: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) announced on Friday the opening of registration for flats in its under-construction project, “DDA Towering Heights,” located in Karkardooma.

The registration period will run from October 31 to November 21.

In the initial phase, the DDA is offering a total of 1,026 premium two-bedroom-hall-kitchen (BHK) apartments, with base reserve prices between Rs 1.78 crore and Rs 3.09 crore. The flats range from 142 sqm to 250 sqm in plinth area.

“Spanning 30 hectares, the East Delhi Hub is being designed as a high-quality mixed-use urban center, integrating residential, commercial, and civic spaces in a lively, walkable environment,” stated the DDA.

It also noted that this will become the tallest building in the national capital, standing at 155 meters with 48 storeys.

Strategically positioned next to the Karkardooma Interchange Metro Station, the project provides direct access to both the Blue and Pink Lines, ensuring efficient transit throughout the city.

Officials indicated that the project enjoys robust road connectivity via NH-9, NH-24, and other major routes that link Central, East, and South Delhi, and is conveniently close to Anand Vihar Railway Station and ISBT.

“Developed under the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) initiative, the flats are nearing completion, with handover expected by July 2026,” the statement added.

Successful bidders will need to deposit 75% of the flat’s cost at the auction, with the remaining 25% due by July 2026, when possession is anticipated.
