NEW DELHI: Awfis Space Solutions has announced a 4.39% increase in their net consolidated profit for the financial year 2025-26. The profit after tax reached ₹70.85 crore, compared to ₹67.87 crore in FY25, according to a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income rose to ₹1,586.12 crore in FY26, reflecting a 25.81% increase from ₹1,260.74 crore in FY25.
In Q4 FY26, the net consolidated total income saw a significant rise of 19.39%, amounting to ₹429.16 crore, up from ₹359.45 crore during the same quarter last year. Meanwhile, profit after tax surged by 106.95%, reaching ₹23.24 crore in Q4 FY26 compared to ₹11.23 crore for the same period in the previous fiscal year.
Amit Ramani, Chairman and Managing Director, stated, “Throughout the year, we opened 41 new centres and added 30,000 operational seats, bringing our total to 266 centres and approximately 184,000 seats across 18 cities in both Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets. Clients utilizing multiple centres now represent around 48% of our client base.”
The net debt/equity ratio stood at -0.20x in FY26, with 30,000 seats added across the 41 new centres. The GCC clientele contributed 23% of rental revenue, with a weighted average tenure of 37 months and a lock-in period of 26 months.
