NEW DELHI: Anant Raj has reported a 30.81% increase in its net consolidated profit for the financial year 2025-26. The profit after tax reached ₹557.02 crore in FY26, compared to ₹425.82 crore in FY25, according to a BSE filing.
The company’s total net consolidated income for FY26 was ₹2,579.08 crore, reflecting a growth of 22.80% from ₹2,100.28 crore in FY25.
In Q4 FY26, net consolidated income grew by 22.60% to ₹675.41 crore, up from ₹550.90 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax also rose by 25.19% to ₹148.71 crore, compared to ₹118.79 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
The board of directors has approved a final dividend of 50%, amounting to ₹1 per equity share (with a face value of ₹2 per share) for the financial year 2025-26.
