LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has extended the online registration deadline for 637 residential plots in the Anant Nagar housing scheme until January 16, following significant public interest. LDA Vice-Chairperson Prathamesh Kumar made the announcement on Tuesday.
The Anant Nagar township, located on Mohan Road, spans 785 acres and features a grid-based layout, broad roads, and underground power lines. Approximately 130 acres is designated for parks and green spaces, alongside a planned Edutech City within the development.
In the first two phases, the LDA allocated 666 plots through a lottery, attracting more than 22,000 applicants. The third phase consists of 617 plots in Akash Block and 20 plots in Adarsh Block. Since registrations opened on December 20, 5,790 applications have been submitted.
The available plots in this phase are categorized as follows: 41 plots at 450 square meters, 224 plots at 288 square meters, 225 plots at 200 square meters, 90 plots at 162 square meters, and 57 plots at 112.5 square meters.
Kumar stated, “The extension has been granted to accommodate public interest, and details of other upcoming LDA schemes will be announced soon.”
