NEW DELHI: DLF has announced an 18.30% increase in its net consolidated profit for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The profit after tax reached ₹762.67 crore in Q1 FY26, compared to ₹644.67 crore during the same period last year, according to a filing with the BSE.
The company recorded a net consolidated total income of ₹2,980.88 crore in Q1 FY26, marking a remarkable 72.32% rise from ₹1,729.82 crore in the previous year’s corresponding quarter.
Sales bookings for the first quarter stood at ₹11,425 crore, showcasing a year-on-year growth of 78%.
The net cash position improved to ₹7,980 crore by the end of the quarter.
DLF Cyber City Developers’ (DCCDL) consolidated revenue amounted to ₹1,739 crore in Q1 FY26, with EBITDA reaching ₹1,356 crore—an increase of 14% year-on-year—and a consolidated profit of ₹593 crore, reflecting a 26% growth compared to the previous year.
The company’s occupancy rate was at 94%, and they successfully commissioned an additional block of 1.1 million sq ft at DLF Downtown during the quarter.
