NEW DELHI: Aadhar Housing Finance has reported a net consolidated profit after tax of ₹282.36 crore for Q1 FY27, marking a 19% increase from ₹237.28 crore in Q1 FY26.
The company’s total net consolidated income reached ₹997.19 crore in Q1 FY27, an increase of 17% from ₹851.34 crore during the same quarter last year.
As of June 30, 2026, its net worth was ₹7,846.47 crore, with a debt-equity ratio of 2.36 and total debts to total assets ratio at 70.67%.
Its gross non-performing assets (NPA) were recorded at 1.32%, while the net NPA was at 0.87%. The provision coverage ratio stood at 34.12%.
The company has a capital adequacy ratio (CRAR) of 43.39% and a liquidity coverage ratio of 244.96%. Assets under management increased by 18% year-on-year, totaling ₹31,364 crore as of June 30, 2026, compared to ₹26,524 crore a year earlier. Disbursements for the quarter amounted to ₹2,036 crore.
Return on assets was reported at 4%, while return on equity stood at 14.7% for Q1 FY27.
