LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has reopened registrations for 394 flats as part of its Aishbagh Square and Park View Apartment housing projects, providing homebuyers with another chance to acquire these premium residential units through a lottery system.
Out of the total flats available, 276 can be found at Aishbagh Square on Mill Road in Aishbagh. This project features three-bedroom apartments, complete with servant rooms, and spans nearly 1,900 sq ft, starting at approximately Rs 1.11 crore.
At Park View Apartments, situated opposite Rashtra Prerna Sthal in the Basant Kunj scheme, there are 118 flats open for registration. These units range from 154 sq m to 195 sq m, with prices beginning at around Rs 75 lakh for three-bedroom units and Rs 95 lakh for three-bedroom-plus-study apartments.
LDA officials have indicated that the allotment for both projects will be conducted via a transparent lottery method. The construction timeline is anticipated to be completed within three years, with possession expected within five years.
After allotment, buyers can pay the remaining amount in installments over 36 months. Those choosing to make full payment within 45 to 90 days of allotment may be eligible for discounts ranging from 4% to 6%.
LDA vice chairperson Prathamesh Kumar announced that online registrations will be open from June 1 to June 30 through the authority’s official website. Applicants are required to pay a registration fee of 5% of the estimated flat cost, with a 2.5% fee for those belonging to reserved categories.
