WSB Invests ₹75 Crore in Omaxe; Karyan to Invest ₹900 Crore


NEW DELHI: WSB Partners, an investment firm specializing in real estate, has invested ₹75 crore in Omaxe Group’s residential plotted projects in Ujjain and Indore. This funding is primarily intended for growth capital, with a portion also earmarked for working capital and reserves.

In a related update, NCR-based Karyan Group plans to invest ₹900 crore to develop Trevana Residences, a residential project in Ghaziabad, expecting nearly ₹1,500 crore in revenue from the development.

The project will include 608 units in 3BHK and 4BHK configurations, starting at ₹8,995 per sq ft, with completion targeted for 2030.

Mahindra Lifespaces Launches New Phase of Pimpri Chinchwad Project

Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), part of the Mahindra Group, has launched a new phase called Codename Sanctum at Mahindra Citadel.

This residential development spans approximately 9.66 acres in Pimpri-Chinchwad, boasting a gross development value (GDV) of around ₹2,500 crore.

The new phase includes towers E, F, and G, offering 2BHK and 3BHK residences, with a GDV estimated between ₹800-850 crore.
