NEW DELHI: Alpha Corp Development has successfully taken over three stalled projects from Earth Infrastructures via the resolution process under the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
This acquisition is expected to offer relief to more than 3,000 impacted homebuyers and commercial space buyers. The projects involved include two commercial developments—Earth TechOne and Earth Sapphire Court in Greater Noida—and one residential project, Earth Copia in Gurugram.
The company plans to invest around ₹750 crore for completion, redevelopment, infrastructure improvements, and project delivery, anticipating revenue potential of about ₹1,200 crore.
On May 5, 2026, the Supreme Court of India reinstated Alpha Corp Development’s Resolution Plan in Civil Appeal No. 1526 of 2023, overturning the January 31, 2023 order by the NCLAT that had denied the plan.
The Supreme Court remarked that any further delays would significantly harm homebuyers and commercial-space buyers who had made considerable financial investments in the developments. The court further decreed that the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) can only recover its principal dues, waiving any penalties and charges, and acknowledged that ongoing inaction from the authority has greatly contributed to the current issues. Alpha Corp is required to settle these dues over 24 months, ensuring homebuyers will not bear any financial burden.
Zeus Law Associates represented the company in this case.
