LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has updated the payment terms of its Atal Nagar housing scheme, introducing a 10-year instalment plan with a lower interest rate.
The interest rate has been slashed from 9% to 7%, and the repayment period has been extended from seven years to ten years, structured into 120 monthly instalments.
Situated in Devpur Para, the scheme features 2,496 flats distributed across 15 towers, which range from 12 to 19 floors. Unit sizes vary from 30 sqm to 54.95 sqm, starting at approximately Rs 9.83 lakh.
Registration for 630 unsold units is open from April 18 to May 17, 2026, including 539 one-bedroom (1 BHK) and 91 two-bedroom (2 BHK) flats. Interested buyers can submit applications online via the LDA website.
LDA Vice-Chairperson Prathamesh Kumar confirmed that the new policy will take immediate effect. The registration fee is Rs 55,658 for a 1 BHK unit and Rs 1,00,852 for a 2 BHK unit, with a refundable option if no allotment is made.
