LUDHIANA: The Ludhiana Improvement Trust (LIT) has announced a public notice for applicants of the Atal Apartment scheme. They are invited to Nehru Sidhant Kendra on April 14 for a draw of the remaining flats. The LIT has received an impressive number of applications, totaling over 1,500.
Specifically, LIT received 566 applications for High-Income Group (HIG) flats and 974 for Middle-Income Group (MIG) flats, making a total of 1,540 applications. After careful scrutiny, these applications were posted on the office notice board on March 23 and on the LIT website. The final list has been revised and updated accordingly.
The draw will take place for 43 HIG and 136 MIG flats on April 14 at 11 AM at Nehru Sidhant Kendra, Feroze Gandhi Market, Ludhiana.
LIT officials have stated that everyone, including general and special individuals, is welcome to attend the draw on that date and time. No separate notifications will be dispatched to individual applicants.
The Atal Apartment scheme is crucial for LIT, as it represents the sole ongoing project. Officials reported that construction is progressing rapidly, with plans to deliver flat possession by the end of this year.
