LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority is set to construct the Park View apartments in the Basant Kunj scheme, located near Rashtra Prerna Sthal, comprising 364 premium flats. This complex will be in proximity to densely populated areas of old Lucknow and will connect to the Green Corridor, IIM Road, Dubagga Road, and Chowk.
Registration for the flats will be open from March 7 to April 6, with applications accepted solely through the LDA website. Allotment will follow a lottery system, and officials stated that the project received approval following positive feedback from an online demand survey.
The complex will span approximately 13,350 square meters and feature four towers. Towers A and B will consist of 16 floors each, Tower C will have 20 floors, while Tower D will comprise 17 floors.
Available units include 3BHK (bedroom, hall, kitchen) and 3BHK with a servant quarter, measuring about 154 sq m and 195 sq m, respectively. Prices will begin at Rs 75 lakh for 3BHK units and approximately Rs 95 lakh for those with servant quarters.
Special duty officer Devansh Trivedi mentioned that the society will include amenities such as a swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and children’s play area. Additionally, it will provide power backup and parking for over 455 vehicles, with commercial shops also planned on-site.
Expected to be completed within three years, possession will be delivered within five years. Buyers may pay the balance in 36 monthly installments post-allotment, with discounts of 4–6% available for full payment within 45 to 90 days.
LDA vice-chairman Prathamesh Kumar noted that applicants must pay a registration fee of 5% of the estimated flat price, with a reduced fee of 2.5% for reserved categories.
