NEW DELHI: DLF has announced a 13.66% increase in net consolidated profit for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The profit after tax reached ₹1,203.36 crore for Q3 FY26, compared to ₹1,058.73 crore in the same quarter last fiscal year, as reported in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income was ₹2,479.54 crore in Q3 FY26, reflecting a 42.71% growth from ₹1,737.47 crore recorded in the same quarter last year.
Gross collections for the quarter amounted to ₹5,100 crore, with cumulative net collections for the nine-month period at ₹10,216 crore, indicating a year-on-year growth of 21%.
The company generated surplus cash of ₹3,876 crore during the quarter, bringing the net cash position to ₹11,660 crore. New sales bookings for the quarter totaled ₹419 crore.
DLF Cyber City Developers (DCCDL) reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,878 crore in Q3 FY26, with EBITDA at ₹1,464 crore, marking an 18% year-on-year increase, and consolidated profit for the quarter reaching ₹707 crore. The company expanded its annuity portfolio by adding DLF Summit Plaza in DLF5, Gurugram, totaling a cumulative area of five million sq ft.
