5,000+ buyers interested in two Lucknow development schemes


LUCKNOW: Following the launch of the Lucknow Development Authority’s Atal Nagar and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Housing Schemes, a remarkable response has been noted with 2,346 booklets sold and 117 individuals completing their registrations within the first three days.

The online registration for both initiatives, which runs from October 4 to November 3, has shown considerable engagement. LDA Vice Chairman Prathamesh Kumar shared that the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Housing Scheme, located in Dalibagh, Hazratganj, is developed on 2,314 square meters of land retrieved from illegal occupancy. This project features 72 flats in three ground-plus-three structures, each covering 36.65 square meters, with a price of Rs 10.70 lakh.

Over the first three days, 5,616 visitors accessed the LDA website for the scheme, with 1,703 booklets sold and 58 registrations completed.

The Atal Nagar Housing Scheme, situated in Devpur Para, launched 2,496 flats distributed across 15 towers ranging from 12 to 19 stories high. The project comprises 1,832 one-bedroom and 664 two-bedroom flats, varying from 30 to 54.95 square meters, starting at Rs 9.82 lakh. In the same three days, 3,078 people visited the website, 643 bought booklets, and 59 registered.
