NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) convened at its Lucknow headquarters to review and approve 21 new real estate projects across the state.
Sanjay Bhoosreddy, chairperson of UP-RERA, emphasized, “Our rigorous approval process ensures all projects adhere to regulations, safeguarding homebuyer interests and bolstering investor confidence.”
These newly approved projects entail an estimated investment of ₹7,035 crore, collectively providing 10,866 units that include residential apartments, villas, flats, plotted developments, and commercial spaces such as shops.
