Uttar Pradesh RERA Files FIR Against A.S.G.I. Properties

NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has filed a first information report (FIR) against A.S.G.I. Properties at the Greater Noida Police Commissionerate, following serious fraud and forgery allegations.

The case has been registered under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) law, specifically sections 318(4), 338, and 336(3).

Complaints received by UP-RERA indicate that the promoter misled allottees and banks regarding the Apple Tower S-2A & S-2B project by submitting a fraudulent order to secure loans. Investigations revealed that no such order was ever issued by UP-RERA. Although a meeting was held on February 24, 2025, concerning project extensions, no directives or orders were generated. Thus, the documents submitted by the promoter were proven to be entirely false.

Additionally, the A.S.G. Apple Buyers Association filed a complaint with the authority on August 04, 2025, asserting the promoter’s fraudulent actions towards allottees and the use of forged documents to obtain bank loans. The association also contacted the police regarding this issue.
