UrbanVault launches two centres in Gurugram

NEW DELHI: UrbanVault (UV), a workspace solution providers, has launched two new centres on the Golf Course Road, Gurugram.

Both the centres, housed in Paras Twin Tower, add a combined 35,000 sq ft of grade A workspace and approximately 700 seats. Per-seat pricing starts at ₹12,000.

Amal Mishra, CEO of the company said, “We plan to invest over ₹100 crore in FY26 to fuel our expansion across key commercial hubs in India. We are witnessing strong demand across all our markets and expect to close FY26 with an annual run rate of over ₹250 crore.”

UrbanVault currently operates a portfolio of over 2.5 million sq ft with over 40,000 seats under management.
