NOIDA: As Noida prepares to position itself as a global investment destination, authorities have cleared the way for a wave of luxury hotel developments to match its expanding infrastructure. Noida Authority board, in its meeting on Saturday, approved a proposal to allot land for five- and seven-star hotels, to serve the demand generated by the upcoming Noida International Airport and IT and industrial hubs. Maharashtra: Online tenant verification in all police stations by month-end

Representative Image PUNE: Tenants across the state will soon be spared the hassle of visiting police stations for verification when they rent accommodations once the registration department integrates its data with the police network covering all 1,203 police stations by June-end, registration department officials told TOI on Monday. A senior registration department official said, “Technical glitches and software updates have been resolved.
