Tiger Shroff sells Mumbai apartment for ₹15.6 crore


NEW DELHI: Tiger Shroff has sold his apartment at Rustomjee Paramount in Khar, Mumbai, for ₹15.60 crore. He purchased the property in 2018 for ₹11.62 crore.

The apartment boasts a carpet area of 1,989.72 sq ft (184.85 sq meters) and a built-up area of 2,189 sq ft (203.34 sq meters), as indicated by property registration documents examined by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website.

The sale includes three parking spaces. Additionally, the deal involved a stamp duty of ₹93.60 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000.

The transaction was officially registered in September 2025.
