NEW DELHI: Realty company TDI Infratech announced a partnership with DC Group to develop a 150-acre township in Ludhiana, with an investment of ₹750 crore.
The upcoming township will feature luxury housing, residential plots, and low-rise independent floors, catering to both end-users and long-term investors. The total developable area will exceed 6 million square feet.
As per their statement, “TDI Infratech, in collaboration with DC Group, has announced its venture into Ludhiana through the establishment of an integrated township spanning approximately 150 acres.”
Akshay Taneja, Managing Director of TDI Infratech, emphasized that Ludhiana stands out as a high-potential market with solid economic fundamentals and consistent end-user demand. “Our acquisition of about 150 acres reflects a long-term commitment to creating a benchmark township that blends premium housing with strong infrastructure and lifestyle amenities. This project is also significant as it marks our first township after achieving a debt-free status in 2025,” he noted.
Prince Chhabra, Promoter of DC Group, mentioned that the robust industrial landscape and NRI-driven demand in Ludhiana position it as a market of high potential.
“Our collaboration with TDI Infratech focuses on delivering a landmark township while fostering long-term value for homebuyers and the regional ecosystem,” he added.
This will be TDI Infratech’s fourth township in Punjab, following developments in Chandigarh, Rajpura, and Mohali. The company has already completed over 500 acres in Mohali with two integrated townships, alongside 42 acres in Rajpura, where prime commercial ventures such as hotels and commercial centers are being launched.
