Shaula Real Estates buys apartment in Naman Xana for ₹226 crore in Mumbai

NEW DELHI: Shaula Real Estates has purchased a duplex apartment in the Naman Xana, a residential project by Shree Naman Group, located in Worli, Mumbai, for ₹225.76 crore. The apartment was purchased from Naman Residency and Karp Estate. The duplex unit has a carpet area of 856 sq meters (9,214 sq ft). The total built-up area of the apartment is 1,067 sq meters (11,485 sq ft). The apartment includes six car parking spaces.
