BARDHAMAN: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, reaffirming her dedication to social welfare, announced on Tuesday that since taking office in 2011, her administration has distributed 2.26 lakh pattas (land deeds) to empower individuals with the right to their homes.
