Karnataka HC Denies Builder’s Appeal on Fire Safety Violations

BENGALURU: High-rise buildings containing compact “pocket” apartments, irrespective of their luxury features, cannot remain operational if they present any danger to public safety—especially for residents and neighboring areas.
