Amazon India entities lease over one lakh sq ft office space in Mumbai’s Vikhroli
Amazon India group entities have picked up over 1.14 lakh sq. ft. of office space in Mumbai’s central suburb Vikhroli through a long-term lease of five years across four agreements, with a combined starting monthly rent of over Rs 1.73 crore The license term for all agreements commences from January 1, 2025, with a 5% annual rent escalation. The lock-in period is set at 48 months for the licensees, and for the entire lease duration in the case of the licensor.
