Manasum Homes invests ₹150 crore to expand senior living footprint across South India
NEW DELHI: Bengaluru-based Manasum Homes is scaling its operations across South India with an investment of over ₹150 crore. The company is currently developing more than 450 senior living units in Bengaluru, Tirupati, and Mysuru through a mix of joint ventures and standalone initiatives. In Bengaluru, the company has partnered with Tata Value Homes and developed RIVA. The project features 187 ready-to-move-in units. In Tirupati, the company in collaboration with Vasundhara Constructions (Theme Ambience, Hyderabad) has developed a project spread over four acres.
