RAIPUR: There is a notable shift in major real estate projects within Madhya Pradesh, with many transitioning from the capital city Bhopal to Ujjain, the hometown of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav. Over the past two years, the number of real estate projects in Ujjain has doubled, and by 2024-25, Ujjain registered more building projects than Bhopal.
