NOIDA: Over 350 homebuyers at Shivalik Homes in Greater Noida’s Surajpur have been waiting for more than a decade for paperwork confirming their ownership. Families have moved in over the years, yet property registries have remained inactive due to the developer’s outstanding lease rent dues of around ₹1.8 crore and failure to provide essential documents for occupancy and completion certificates.
