Five Roads in Jaipur Metro Designated as Transit Corridors
JAIPUR: The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has designated five crucial roads along the metro line as Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) corridors. A TOD corridor is an area within an 800-meter radius of metro stations, where mixed land use—residential, commercial, and industrial—will be mandatory. On Thursday, JDA Commissioner Anandhi announced that this decision aligns with the state government’s Transit-Oriented Development Policy-2025.
