Goa: Developer Ordered to Fix Flat Seepage by Consumer Forum
PANAJI: The North Goa District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission has directed a property developer to resolve water seepage issues in a Bardez resident’s flat within three months, along with compensating Rs 25,000 for damages caused by the leaks. Vikram Vaigankar purchased a flat on the first floor of ‘The Misty Greens’ in Socorro for Rs 38 lakh in 2018, developed by Universal Developers.
