Telangana housing board auctions a plot for ₹2.9 lakh per sq yard
Representative Image HYDERABAD: A land auction conducted by the Telangana Housing Board on Wednesday for 18 vacant plots in Phase 7 of the Kukatpally Housing Board Colony in Greater Hyderabad saw Plot Number 22 sold for a record price of 2.98 lakh per square yard. Officials stated that this reflects the current boom in the city’s real estate sector. The Housing Board’s Vice Chairman, VP Gautam, said the auction would generate revenue of 142.78 crore.
