Gurugram: Structural audits of highrises stalled, panel urges DTCP to come up with SOPs

GURUGRAM: A district-level committee looking into complaints of construction standards and quality in the city has recommended the department of town and country planning (DTCP) to come up with a state policy or framework for structural audits. The recommendation was made because some structural audits of societies in the city have been delayed or stalled due to disputes between developers and RWAs on bearing the cost of the inspections.
