About 3,200 street lights found non-functional in Patna
PATNA: In a survey conducted by the Patna Municipal Corporation, out of 83,000 street lights in the city, 3,200 were found non-functional. The survey was conducted in all the 75 wards of the city ahead of the monsoon season under the directive of the municipal commissioner. A total of 19 zonal officers were instructed to inspect the street lights in their respective areas. The municipal commissioner directed the officials to repair the non-functional street lights within 10 days.
