FIR Filed Against Builder for Open Waterlogged Pit in Greater Noida
NOIDA: An FIR has been filed against a builder and his project manager in Greater Noida’s Rabupura district for allegedly creating a hazardous situation by leaving a large pit filled with contaminated water near a public road, which endangers public health and safety, officials reported on Friday. The FIR was registered after a sub-inspector patrolling Sector 22D of Star City on January 28 discovered a “very large and wide pit” that had been excavated close to the road leading to Kherlibhav village.
