Sumadhura Group to invest ₹350 crore to develop five acre land in Bengaluru
Representative Image NEW DELHI: Sumadhura Group has acquired five-acre land parcel on Soukya Road in East Bengaluru. The company plans to invest ₹350 crore for construction of the residential development on this land parcel. The land bank is projected to generate a revenue of ₹500 crore. The company recently forayed into managed office spaces through Workship. Situated in Capitol Towers, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Workship spans over 1.22 lakh sq ft space and comprises more than 3,000 seats.
