Sobha’s Q4 FY26 Pre-Sales Up 11% to ₹2,039 Crore
NEW DELHI: Sobha Ltd, a prominent real estate developer, reported an 11% growth in sales bookings, totaling ₹2,039.3 crore for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year, driven by increased demand for its residential projects. The previous year’s pre-sales were ₹1,835.7 crore.
