Motorola Leases 200+ Seats at Smartworks, Kolkata
Representative image Motorola Solutions has secured over 200 seats at its Kolkata center through a lease with managed office space provider, Smartworks, according to two sources familiar with the matter. The lease spans 60 months, encompassing space within the 110,000 sq. ft. center. In the last quarter, Smartworks expanded by leasing over one million sq. ft. across four major cities.
