Signature Global to raise ₹875 crore next week through NCDs
NEW DELHI: Signature Global Ltd, a real estate firm, plans to raise Rs 875 crore next week through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) targeted at investors. In a regulatory filing on Thursday, the company announced that its Debenture Committee has approved the issuance of 87,500 NCDs, with a face value of Rs 1 lakh each, totaling Rs 875 crore via private placement.
