GHAZIABAD: The UP Housing Board is offering a festive-season discount of up to 15% on plots and residential units in the Siddharth Vihar township until March 31. Covering over 635 acres, the township is 30% developed, yet its prime location makes it an attractive residential area. Situated along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, it is just a 5-minute drive from both the Ghaziabad rapid rail station and the Shaheed Sthal metro station.
