NEW DELHI: J Estates is venturing into the senior living housing sector as part of its diversification strategy. The company plans to launch three senior living projects in Gurugram, spanning over eight acres and totaling approximately 450 units. The anticipated gross development value (GDV) of these projects is ₹2,100 crore. Stonecraft to invest ₹300 crore in Telangana township project

The company revealed plans to establish the integrated township at Yadagiri Gutta, which is expected to generate revenues up to Rs 1,100 crore.
