Flat Dispute in Mumbai: Developer, Designer’s Kin File Cross FIRs
MUMBAI: A disagreement between a builder and a buyer regarding a flat in Oshiwara has resulted in the filing of cross FIRs. The Oshiwara police have initiated a cheating case against developer Sameer Bhube following a complaint from fashion designer Riyaz Ganji. Simultaneously, an extortion case was registered against Ganji and his niece, Fazila Mukhi, based on the builder’s counter-complaint.
